• Terry has been helping his clients meet their Real Estate objectives since 1973! That is also the year that Terry graduated from High School and started attending Northern Michigan University.
• Terry was affiliated with Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Service in the early 80's, and had a rewarding and successful career with them. But something was missing. As his company grew his time spent with his personal clients (something that he loves to do) deminished. It was as if his company was managing him and he wasn't in charge of his own time or destiny.
• Then he found out about RE/MAX, a company with a proven track record for attracting and keeping the country's top agents. RE/MAX helped Terry reach his status as one of the top agents in The Upper Peninsula, and helped him and his partner, Cheryl Jackson, make RE/MAX 1st Realty the #1 office in The Upper Peninsula and, Terry (and thousands of other Top Producers) helped make RE/MAX the #1 Real Estate Company in the world today!
• Besides selling Real Estate, Terry's passions include Fishing (He is a Captain and owns his own Charter Boat) and Hunting. He has hunted in most of our Western States, including Alaska and Hawaii, and Africa, Canada, Central & South America and Mexico! He is also an accomplished target shooter, dog trainer, and writer who has even been published!
• Terry is a member and Past President of the Marquette Breakfast Rotary Club, and Michigan Waterfowl Association. He is a Life Member of The National Rifle Association, The North American Fishing Club, The North American Hunting Club, and Safari Club International. He is a Ducks Unlimited Sponser; and a member of The Negaunee Rod and Gun Club, The National Sporting Clays Association and The National Association of Realtors. He is a RE/MAX Platinum Club Member and earned a place in the RE/MAX International Hall of Fame in 2000. He was the 2002 Honorary Chairperson for the Big Brothers Big Sisters Bowl for Kids Sake and co-chaired that position again in 2006; he was also the co-chair person of the 2003 Rotary Fish Boil Benefit. He was elected to the Board of Directors of The Northwoods Chapter of Safari Club International in 2004 and served as their president until 2008. He resides with his hunting dog on the Chocolay River.
